The Greater Indiana chapter of the Alzheimer's Association is the philanthropic organization we have supported since 2016. Since then, our Chapter has raised over $115,000! Nearly 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's. The Brotherhood is passionate about supporting an end to this terrible disease. Alzheimer's is something that has impacted many family members of The Brotherhood.
Annually we host our annual philanthropic event, Queen of the Canal, in November. Queen of the Canal is the second-largest Fraternity and Sorority event at Indiana University Indianapolis. It is a lip sync and dance competition between the sororities on campus. To offer continuous opportunities to help support the Alzheimer's Association, the Fraternity also hosts tabling events throughout the Fall semester leading up to Queen of the Canal. Some of these events include Dog Days, Pelt-a-Sig, Fall Festival, Phright Week, and many more.
